Job Title: Facets Developers Work Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Visa: USC only Project Name: OBH Facets Development Support Note: They are looking for Facets Developers for a Government project for Optum, so these candidates must be USC as they will need to do a federal background check for the project Description: Optum Tech/OBH is looking for 7 onshore Facets developers. Must be US citizens and go through Federal background check. DevOps experience a must. Required skills: Facets development Facets extensions Facets integrations DevOps Job Description: Focus on customer and desired business outcomes in the design and build of solutions Write, debug and test code to create working solutions Understand and apply unique programming/scripting languages specific to software engineering Consider security, scalability, reliability & feasibility in solution design Consider integrations and impacts on other systems in deployment of solutions Continually seek out opportunities to automate solutions Apply modern practices, e.g., DevOps, Agile, Cloud, ATDD etc. Develop self-documenting functions, APIs and/or micro-services Leverage modern components, tools and technologies to design decoupled, modular, flexible solutions Build and support ATDD/Agile development and continuous integration; continuous delivery environment (CICD) Proactively manage and monitor the operational characteristics of software solutions. Ensure coding practices adhere to ensure no vulnerabilities based on UGH practices/guidlines Write/document as needed capabilities/features/user stories, play Scrum master role, etc jack of all trades Designs, builds, tests and adapts solutions that optimize environment and meet evolving needs of customers and business, leveraging and anticipating modern technologies, e.g., AI/ML, to support the transition to full stack proficiency Skill Set given the timelines to go live, 2 BH facets resources with extensive 10+ years of experience & 3 resources 7+ years of experience, no room zero to miss the date, scope & delivery date is not up for negotiations ( contract could be withdrawn and OBH could face major penalties and loss of billions of future revenue in federal channel) XX+ years of overall IT experience, XX+ years of relevant development background XX+ years of Experience in FACETS applications custom functions development and testing Claims processing Applications, Membership , Provider etc. XX+ years of design and Development Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL and Java, Kafka, C#, .NET.
