Understand system workload by analyzing production or via given requirements. Bottleneck analysis and providing tuning recommendations. Automate repeatable manual activities in PT like test data creation, execution, and basic results analysis. Should be able to Drive the project E2E Experience in JMeter tool for script development and execution Good understanding of observability and its application in PT/PE Mentoring junior testers and engineers Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of Load Testing Experience including Performance, Stress, Endurance, and Failover testing experience within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. Managing multiple project efforts to completion. o Retail, POS and WMS applications testing experience o ERP solutions such as SAP o SaaS application testing Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems Superior skills with high level of proficiency in extracting requirements, planning test strategy, writing test cases and test execution. Program methodologies and scripting Comprehensive knowledge and skills with load testing software such as Jmeter,Load Runner. . Superior understanding in relational databases & SQL. Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team. Infrastructure knowledge such as networks, Firewalls, application servers, and Databases. Superior communication skills, both written and oral. Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to move beyond proven problem-solving approaches to formulate solutions.
