Job Description Job Title : Business System Analyst *local Richmond, VA candidates need for onsite requirement *candidate will be required to work ONSITE 2 days/week Client Dept seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work on an in-house software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This position will be responsible for eliciting functional requirements for the divisions new SERFIS software system that will replace the existing system with a comprehensive work management system. Responsibilities Include: Elicit functional and technical requirements based on business requirements and interviews/meetings with business system users Write requirements into clear and concise user stories that are easy to understand and implement by technical staff Get business sign offs on approved requirements Manage and track requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Manage and track product backlog and change requests Create conceptual prototypes and mockups Assist the developers in unit testing and work with QA to review test cases Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing with business users.
