PM tasks will include: 1. Creating and managing detailed work Collaborating with other PMs to maintain a master schedule 2. Collaborating with other PMs to ensure OCM/Training/Testing activities are aligned to support the overall schedule 3. Managing the completion of project deliverables and achievement of milestones Proactively escalating risks and issues that may impact timeline, scope, or deliverable quality Serving as an escalation point for workstream issues and risks 4. Enforcing the RACI and contract terms in day-to-day workstream activities Conducting regular status meetings with team and representing workstream in status to PMP and Sponsors 5.
