Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations to guarantee program success. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a cohesive working environment. Work closely with department heads and project managers to align program activities with organizational goals. 8. Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs.
