Job Description Experience in Application Support along with UNIX knowledge Java understanding (for troubleshooting and debugging, but not coding). Basic Knowledge on Web server, Windows, and AIX server. Decent experience or knowledge in AWS. Handle the bridge calls. Person should be willing to take up challenging tasks and interact with the customers. Log analysis Java and Dot net (Java/Heap size or Hung threads or Memory dumps) and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be an excellent team player. Works closely with Onshore Service Management teams to ensure timelines are being met. Highly motivated, self-directed, team oriented, customer focused. Exposure on Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow and Jenkins tools.
