Job Description As an Agile Program Coach, you provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Managers, Executives, and other Agile transformation stakeholders. Youll bring to bear your experience advising organizations, leading by example and challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. Your excellent listening, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills will help organizations achieve their targeted business benefits and outcomes. At Royal Caribbean, you will find a community of like-minded individuals with a passion for Agile, Lean, XP, Kanban and any approach that brings out the best in individuals and teams Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with RCCL Leadership to define strategies for transitioning to Agile practices Act as a trusted advisor to organizations when guiding them through their Agile transformation, including the use of scaling frameworks Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile Values, Principles, and Practices Proactively collaborate with other Transformation Team Coaches to ensure alignment Helping Product Owners ensure the vision, roadmap and personas are well-defined and understood so Delivery Teams produce the right products Active participation to define, refine and deliver items from Agile Transformation Backlog Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving product teams Coach and give feedback to delivery teams, portfolio managers and senior leadership to ensure Agile transformation alignment Introduce tools and methods for the team to deliver more predictably Advocate for and advance modern agile software development and organizational practices, and teach Agile, XP, and Lean concepts, principles, and practices Design and facilitate larger group sessions Foster a product-focused culture, coaching teams and individuals facing challenges related to how they deliver products Required Skills Experience leading or being part of an Agile transformation Experience working in scaled agile environment Embody servant leadership Strong skills in: Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team- empowerment, and building a transparent culture Excellent communication and mentoring skills Experience with Atlassian or related software and tools Required Education Agile: You are an active SAFe Program Consultant 4.0+ and have no less than five years of practical Agile experience, and have actively held certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional, or SAFe Agilist for five or more years.
