MUST HAVE: From the hiring manager - we are looking for React Native primary skill along with NodeJS/Full-stack. MUST HAVES 4+ years of software development experience in a professional environment Knowledgeable in modern API technologies, architecture and design practices and protocols with hands-on experience using one or more API technologies (Open API REST, PC, GraphQL, Micro-Services, Serverless) Have experience in designing and building Cloud native applications. Experience in cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Proficient in at least one of the languages used at Ally (e.g. NodeS, React, React Native, Python, Java) REACT PREFERRED Able to apply core programming concepts to learn and develop in a new language to meet project requirements Experience in using NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems such as Reds, Kafka, Couchbase, Cassandra in the context of low latency and high transaction volume systems Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as GitLab Pipelines/Jenkins/GitHub JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of Ally's rapidly growing Bank, Invest, Lending and Digital Technologies (BILD) team, you will be responsible for building APIs and software components for a major strategic expansion of our Credit Card and Lending line-of-business.
