You will be called upon to help address issues, recommend improvements, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall network landscape. Meraki (wired/wireless) A little bit of site-to-site VPN MS Teams Voice Azure Universal Print Proficiency in Palo Alto. Proficiency in Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA). Provide comprehensive operational support for all aspects of the network as well as related functions. Monitor and maintain all network infrastructure. Upgrade, harden, and configure all network infrastructure nodes/systems (routers, switches, wireless, etc.). Prepare and maintain documentation for all aspects within scope. Contribute to design and planning efforts for new sites as well as upgrades/expansions for existing sites. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES Time Management Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Must be well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Reasoning/Analytical Ability Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to make timely recommendations to effectively solve problems, using independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and/or law. Communication Must be able to communicate well in writing, verbally, and through presentations to deliver audience-appropriate messages consistent with organizational messaging. Requires the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to collaborate and respectfully debate; transparency and grace in providing and receiving feedback required. Knowing the appropriate method of communication for a given topic (e.g., Teams, email, video conference, etc.) is necessary for success, as is the ability to teach others.
