Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to design and implement features that meet business requirements. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, following industry best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of applications. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development, and proactively apply them to enhance our products. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Spring Boot. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Proficient in server-side development using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong database skills, including experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
