We are seeking a motivated, passionate, diligent, creative, analytical and customer- oriented Business Analyst with significant expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis and client interactions. The Systems/Business Analysts primary goal is to represent the customer, OpCo producers,to the development team. Working closely with the Sr. Product Owner, the BA will define a teams roadmap aligning to program vision and priorities. The BA is key member of the Agile development team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities. The BA has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring stories meet the users needs and comply with the Definition of Done. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working withProduct Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders. Essential Functions: Creates and Maintains: user stories, team backlog, and team roadmap to support design & development of Opco Enablement features Create and execute a testing plan Key activities include: backlog refinement, iteration planning, user story acceptance, and product sync Primary Stakeholders: Customers, the Agile Team, Product Management, Other Agile teams and shared services Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations. Will use analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity. Should have exceptional communication and analytical skills.
