Title - SAP S/4 PP Consultant (Korean Speaking) Location: Must be willing to travel to Seoul, South Korea every 2 months for 2-3 weeks at a time, and travel to Fargo once a month. Project policy is 2 weeks remote work from home then travel, if consultant can spend more time in South Korea, it may decrease other US travel. Visa No H1B(Rest will work) Job Description: Client looking for a strong SAP S/4 PP Consultant with good soft communication skills and can speak and write Korean fluently. This is not a lead role. Must be willing to work late to have overlap with Korean Client Team. As an SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant, will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining the production processes for our clients using SAP's Production Planning module. Responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their production requirements, configuring SAP PP modules to meet these needs, and providing ongoing support and expertise. Knowledge of PPDS is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze production requirements. Identify areas for improvement and optimization in the production planning processes. SAP PP Configuration: Configure and customize SAP PP module settings to align with business requirements. Implement and maintain master data related to production planning. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM). Work on interfaces with other non-SAP systems if necessary. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on SAP PP functionality and processes. Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize system performance. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PP configurations, processes, and user guides. Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and improvements. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of SAP PP configurations to ensure system reliability and accuracy. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Language Requirements: Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication with both local and global stakeholders.
