Technical expertise in creating Terraform Modules in AWS (Experience in creating Modules in Azure and OCI is plus). In this role, he/she will be responsible for managing, developing and testing the Terraform Modules in AWS (Azure and OCI is add-on) cloud platform. This includes working with the development team to deploy terraform modules, managing and testing in the AWS infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of AWS Services specially API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, KMS, Secrets manager etc.. The engineer will also work closely with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the platform. Position AWS Cloud Terraform Engineer Designation Associate Consultant/Consultant Experience - A minimum of 9 12 years of experience in AWS and Terraform development. Roles & Responsibilities: Define long term cloud strategy and mentor operations teams to implement the solutions. Expertise in terraform modules creation, managing, testing and troubleshooting, expertise in working on TFE and setting up TFE (Terraform Enterprise). Good knowledge of Github and Github actions Good knowledge in ADO Pipeline. Expertise in AWS Services specially Serverless and containerisation. Work closely with application teams to ensure business functionality and SLAs are met. Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems. Keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights and maintain technical skills and knowledge. Advocate new features and solutions to bring operational efficiency and cost reduction. Key focus on Infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation Work with development team to deploy applications to AWS Manage and scale AWS infrastructure Ensure high availability of AWS platform Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AWS platform and applications Identify, troubleshoot and implement solutions to performance, scaling and availability issues across the platform Work with security team to ensure compliance standards are met Assist in provisioning AWS resources - Assist Dev Mandatory Skills: Bachelors degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, MCA, or a related field. Subject matter level expertise on Hashicorp Terroform with TFE, AWS DevOps. Expertise in HCL (HashiCorp Configuration Language) with developer expertise. Infrastructure automation through Terraform Hands-on experience of automating the build and deployment of AWS resources, using Terraform, at both the platform level (e.g. Landing Zone) and across the compute, storage, network data and security services. Strong hands-on experience on CI/CD tools like Github , Github Actions. Working knowledge on Terrform Vault Configuration management using Ansible and/or Chef/Puppet. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Implementing experience with primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53 & S3) Working Knowledge on creating Terraform Module in Azure and OCI. Good architectural knowledge to design, build AWS Cloud Native solutions and integrating 3rd party tools required for customer delivery/ Cloud estate. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively. Resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory Certifications: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate AWS Certified DevOps Professional AWS Certified developer/Architect/Sysops associate.
