Austin Energys award-winning program is a leader in transportation electrification and deploys a comprehensive 5 pillar EV strategy of infrastructure, outreach, equity, fleets, and grid integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting operations of a robust EV charging network on the electric vehicles & emerging technologies team at Austin Energy. The EV Operations Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure operation excellence of public and fleet charging infrastructure, high-impact EV programs, institute program enhancements, and provide research and analysis for emerging technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Supporting operations of over 1,600 EV charging ports in Austin Energys Plug-In EVerywhere Network Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make EV operations more scalable and improve customer experience for EV charging.
