| From: hanshika, vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description -Job Title - Senior Program Manager - Data ScienceLocation - Arlington, VA ( Hybrid ) Job Summary Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex federal IT, analytics, or health sciences projects Experience with agile software development, emerging technologies, open source products, SaaS, AI/ML, Data Lakes/Analytics, etc. Experience working with projects related to data standardization Experience working with drug study data, along with the tools used to assess and analyze that data Experience helping customers address data integrity, accessibility, and governance challenges Familiarity with assessing and developing the IT infrastructure needed to keep pace with evolving science and technology Experience supervising a cross-functional, matrixed team, including subcontractors. Deliver critical capabilities to the customer and manage personnel morale to ensure appropriate coverage and skills mix of delivery team. Experience effectively managing schedule, performance, and customer satisfaction for a large services contract. Experience applying knowledge of resource planning and execution processes to support customer program planning, decision briefings, and progress assessment. A background coordinating with the customer organization to educate staff on service availability, service delivery processes, and capabilities. Expertise delivering both oral and written communication to the highest levels of customer and company management. Experience managing the relationship with the customer including senior level coordination and synchronization. Experience in project management, budget, and forecasting toolsets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and a successful track record of cross-organization collaboration. Experience balancing the efficiency of support with maintaining the highest standard of quality and customer service. Experience with managing corporate processes for staff recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, assessing performance, retaining, and offboarding. Preferred: Working knowledge of the FDA Regulatory Review environment, including regulated products (e.g., Drugs, Tobacco) and the review lifecycle Working knowledge of FDA Data Standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7) Working knowledge of FDAs Safety Data Review Plan Working knowledge of FDA CDER Systems Landscape Education: Bachelors Degree in Business / Management / IT/Health Sciences or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Preferred health science related education/training.
