Contributes to project/program implementation, infrastructure, system architecture, planning, project initiation, business analysis, requirements definition, systems design, systems development, system testing, systems implementation, on-going maintenance and enhancement, effective problem identification and resolution, production service and support, and systems administration support tasks to ensure computer applications will assist DOC in achieving its day-to-day mission. Implements downtime readiness procedures and internal reporting regarding system response time and internal reporting regarding system response time and service level agreements for connectivity and operational effectiveness of Health IT.
