| Job Title: Oracle Finance Onsite Support Functional Consultant Job Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Location: Plymouth, MN - Onsite/ Hybrid Responsibilities: Provide on-site functional support for Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective system solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Finance applications, working closely with technical teams when necessary to implement fixes or enhancements. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in utilizing Oracle Finance functionalities effectively. Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with established financial policies and regulations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating requirements and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant or in a similar role, providing on-site support and solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including configuration, setup, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and ability to query databases for analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in leading or participating in Oracle Finance module implementations, upgrades, or migrations is a plus. Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger 202x Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous.
