Knowledge and experience with EA standards (e.g., MITA, TOGAF, Zachman), and supporting the development of MVPs and an agile/iterative practice of enterprise architecture and business architecture products. Enterprise Architecture/Business Architecture Expertise: Experience with Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture. Familiarity with ArchiMate annotation and modeling in this annotation. Familiarity with architecture frameworks: MITA, TOGAF, Zachman. Communication, both verbal (e.g., presentations) and written (e.g., emails) Technical writing. Sparx Enterprise Architect and Prolaborate experience. Experience with Jira and Confluence. The ability to assimilate/understand models and documentation from varying sources and leverage these artifacts in the completion of assigned work for continuity. Ability to communicate the value and use of business architecture products to non-EA audiences. Mindset of Architecture for a Purpose not Architecture for the sake of Architecture. Initial Areas of Focus: Define, implement, and execute business architecture approach and toolkit in a pilot for the ETS program (ITSSD, BOTSD, and MESMD). Facilitate group discussion and discovery. Conduct capability assessment, analysis, and modeling. Create viewpoints, views, models, metadata, and relationships in the Architecture Repository. Develop key document reports in Sparx Enterprise Architect and dashboards/visualization in Prolaborate as MVP. Maintain key Business Architecture products and supporting documentation. Create models and graphical representations at varying levels to different types of audiences for maximum value and contextual understanding.
