Onsite 2 times/month (Harrisburg) Candidates must live within 100 miles of Harrisburg Duration: 12+ months MOI: F2F interview (One and Done) MUST HAVE: Client is looking for someone who knows SAP inside and out and who has several years experience working with SAP. They need someone who knows the SAP modules and who can help them work with their SAP upgrade project. SAP Procurement Consultant This position is responsible for advanced technical configuration and analytical work as a member of a business system/process team such as Procurement (purchasing and materials management) for the client. Work involves the review, support and redesign of business systems, business processes and the configuration of enterprise systems to determine the most appropriate way to meet the needs of the business and the end users. Work is performed with significant independence and reviewed by a supervisor for attainment of program goals, completion of projects and/or work efforts, conformity to standards, operating procedures and best practices, overall performance, and quality/effectiveness of services provided. This position may function as a lead worker to lower-level information technology (IT) staff. This position will be responsible for supporting our SAP materials management, supplier relationship management, warehouse management, inventory management, and vendor portal. Qualifications: 7+ years of SAP Procurement experience in configuring SAP , providing technical assistance, conducting system testing, and developing end user procedures. Experience supporting the following systems is required: SAP Materials Management SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) SAP Inventory Management SAP Warehouse Management Experience working with Vendor portals is a nice to have.
