Job Title-Project Manager with Safe Agile Location- Remote Visa-USC or GC Job Description: Has day-to-day responsibilities for the work and deliverables. Ensures work products meet specifications. Provides regular updates as to progress, budget, and ability to meet commitments. Specific Responsibilities: Develop an end-to-end Program level plan for an on-going program comprised of multiple workstreams and projects (some of these projects are SAFe Agile, others are more task driven) associated with a large-scale Cloud migration project (from Legacy to Cloud) Coordinate with other Project Managers and Business leads to develop and maintain the plan Track Program level risks and issues to Scope, Schedule and Budget and report on it Provide Executive level reporting based on the status, progress, risks and issues Track status of high-level deliverables Identify dependency across various workstreams and track it Performs additional responsibilities, tasks and duties as determined by the hiring manager NOTE: This role will be at a Program level as part of the Business area and not a PMO role. However, this will require working closely with various PMO resources (Program Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master) as well as Business and Technical Leads Deliverables: Project/Program Plan (MS Project or comparable tools) outlining all major activities, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, responsible areas Executive Presentations (PowerPoint) Status updates (Power Point) with risks, issues, progress made, upcoming deliverables etc. High-level timeline with dependencies (in MS Visio) Qualifications: Must be skilled at both SAFe Agile and Waterfall processes Must have SAFe Agile certification Must be skilled with JIRA, Microsoft Project, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint Strong Executive level reporting and communication skills\\ Cloud migration project experience is preferred SKILLS REQUIRED: 6 + years experience in Verbal Communication Skills 6 + years experience in Written Communication Skills 6 + years experience in Project Methodology 6 + years experience in Project Planning 6 + years experience in Packaged Applications and documentation in MS Project 6 + years experience in Project Management Additional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Writing skills Executive presence (skilled at providing Executive level updates and statuses) Thanks & Regards -- Akash Kumar Technical Recruiter, Sonitalent Corp Direct:8596593266 || https://www.linkedin.com/in/akash-kumar-151a8025a/ [email protected] 5404 Merribrook Lane, Prospect, KY, USA.
