Role - QA Test Lead with NFR Testing (Non-functional) Location - Atlanta GA (Only local to GA Don't send me Non Local Profile) Job Overview: We are seeking a NFR Automation Lead with expertise in AWS, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. The candidate should have familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance/Resiliency testing, should be a quick learner who can effectively engage with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Facilitate the integration of project teams with the NFR testing framework. Configure setups for efficient project execution and testing processes. Coordinate various aspects of the NFR testing process, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Demonstrate expertise in AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, Glue Jobs and Cloudwatch. Develop and maintain scripts in Python for various automation and integration tasks. Manage data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases. Maintain a basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technology Lead or a similar role. Familiarity with NFR testing components such as Performance and Resiliency Testing Strong knowledge of AWS services and Python programming. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Basic understanding of ETL, Spark, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Terraform. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
