Executes UI design for new AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) components to enhance the user experience for our public digital properties. Works with an open and optimistic culture of experimentation, intellectual curiosity and rapid prototyping using agile methodology for large projects. Leads digital initiatives and translates business strategies into design opportunities. Shares work in-progress, solicits critical feedback from business partners, and provides productive critique. Mentors and advises junior designers and directs their work on digital projects and initiatives. Lead creative input sessions, client presentations, status updates and other meetings needed for projects.
