LinkedIn with a legible Photo Java Experience preffered 10/10 Communication skills Position Summary UC Ready is a risk management software solution developed and supported in partnership with Fusion Risk Management. It is built on the Salesforce platform and used across the UC System to develop Business/Mission Continuity Plans, Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and Information Technology Disaster Recovery (IT DR) Plans. Under the direction of the Director, Emergency Management and Business Continuity, this position serves as the UC Ready System Administrator and vendor liaison to manage UC Ready Administrator accounts, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and perform ongoing enhancements and technical modifications. This position has three main categories of responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: System administration of the UC Ready software, oversee all aspects of user and license management, manage and resolve user support tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues. Change Management Responsibilities: Provide project management support to UC Ready enhancement requests. Training Program Responsibilities: Develop training materials for maintaining high-level UC Ready technical expertise in the UC system. Job Duties Troubleshoot and correct any technical issues within UC Ready. Create and monitor support tickets with the vendor. Analyze and provide feedback on suggested UC Ready enhancements. Help implement enhancements approved by the Director, Emergency Management & Business Continuity. Liaise with Fusion Risk Management by submitting support requests, developing requirements documents, attending meetings, and performing tests of Fusions work. Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed. Provide technical consultation with UC Ready local Administrators as needed. Create accounts for new local Administrator accounts. Maintain and regularly update UC Ready Administrator's Guide as needed. Manage the Key Contacts object by deleting duplicate Key Contact records on a monthly basis and periodically purging Key Contact records of separated employees on a quarterly basis. Manage (add/remove items) dependent picklists when requested by local admins. Review periodic information from Fusion & Salesforce about new Fusion releases and new Salesforce releases. Take any actions needed. Identify and provide program support to automate the inclusion of available systemwide data streams such as key contacts, facilities, hazards, etc. Initiate a project to work with multiple teams to automate and migrate API to Key Contact table and associated workflow. Job Requirements 8+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce-based or similar system. Experience in performing system upgrades and ensuring successful integration. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Data Loader, and their functionalities Experience with full software development lifecycle, including implementing technical changes to an IT application or system. Ability to come up to speed quickly to learn new functional areas. Ability to write user training and technical documentation in a clear and concise manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across the organization at multiple levels both verbally and written. Self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision, and able to work well with stakeholders and others. Ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams. Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work and deliverables. Preferred Experience with business continuity principles, methodology and planning approaches.
