Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent Required Skills: TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain Counterintelligence Polygraph 5+ years of Human Capital experience Ability to advise, develop, and maintain client relationships with professionalism Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision Preferred Skills: Project management, planning, implementation, performance metrics and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office products Knowledge of government organizations and/or government human resources Day-to-day Responsibilities: Facilitation of senior executive interviews for high priority roles to determine key qualities and traits needed for success as a senior executive; findings will inform overall succession management efforts Engagement with Career Field management stakeholders to assess current training and development opportunities for current senior executives and high level officers interested in promoting to the senior executive level; following assessment, development of recommendations for future career development efforts Identification of current and future workforce talent requirements Development of a senior executive competency and skills inventory Reviewing current succession management processes to identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline and simplify activities Developing information briefs, white papers, and/or decision briefs to support key succession management initiatives Conducting research, data gathering, analysis, and reporting in support of succession management activities Updating and maintaining all standard operating procedures Regular and sustained high-level client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication Supporting ongoing business needs due to changes in an organization, as well as organizational transformation programs impacting workforce Keywords: continuous integration |
