Location : Remote

Detailed JD :

Position: Oracle SCM Supply & Distribution Planning (Cloud) Techno-Functional / L consultant

- Domain : Manufacturing, Retail Experience is a must

- Experience: 8-10 years with Impl, Dev & Support experience.

- Expertise : Oracle Fusion Cloud

Oracle Supply & Dist planning (cloud),

Experience in Agile, Waterfall methodology

ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence

Expertise in Oracle E Business-suite

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to prepare and present ideas, status, project reports etc.,

- Mandatory skills: Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation, Support experience.

Configuration of Supply & Distribution Plan

Integration capability with external systems

Techno-functional capabilities

Ability to create Cloud analytics

Support experience

- Qualification: Bachelors degree with CS, IS or other related disciplines

- Certificate: Oracle SCM Cloud or On-Premise certification is a plus.

Key responsibility demands:

- Should have experience in (Cloud preferred)

o Order management,

o Inventory, Safety Stock, Physical Inventory, replenishments etc.,

o Purchase requisitions,

o Production orders and scheduling, STOs

o Trade with OEMs etc.,

o Connect to trading community source systems for data collection

o Conduct meetings with planner with suggestions and recommendations

o Recommend optimizations

o Extract data from database, compare, suggest discrepancy

- Should have strong configuration skills to

o Configure Oracle SCM modules that includes Production scheduling, Replenishment planning, Supply planning.

o Cloud Analytics, should be able to help business users

o Scheduled job monitoring interpret and forecast probable issues

- Should have support experience in

o Understands SLA based working.

o Host daily, weekly, monthly cadence etc.,

o Ticket handling, triage, delegation of responsibilities, Ticket audits etc.,

o Job monitoring, debug issues, recommend fix, resolve end user issues

o Perform RCA for the issue and provide fix and work-arounds

o Maintain appropriate updates in ServiceNow or any other ticketing system

o Should be able to independently Prepare, prioritize, pursue Supply planning initiatives, follow ups, ticket analysis, RCA etc.,

o Preparing SOPs, process flows, user guides & training content for known and repetitive issues, solutions.

o Prepare & present weekly, monthly status with stakeholders

o Prepare user-manuals, provide trainings across functionalities as required

o Test custom deployments as required

o Monitor performance of Oracle SCM cloud applications and databases,

o Troubleshooting and monitoring in the cloud environment for cloud processes, application behavior, concerns with data raised by our business team

o Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations as required to enhance Oracle SCM cloud functionalities

o Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and execute necessary improvements.

o Ability to work with cross-functional team to deliver solution
