Salesforce Developer Remote No H1B/OPT/CPT Areas of Responsibility Perform Salesforce.com configuration and custom development using Salesforce.com Standard and Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Approval Processes/Workflows, Flows/Process Builder, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning Components. Assist with system architecture design. Assist with training and implementation of new processes and technology innovations. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent mix of education and experience. A minimum of 1 year of Salesforce.com experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development/information technology environment. Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs, Object-Oriented Programming and systems engineering principles. Strong programming experience and knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SFDC programming languages (Apex, Visual Force, etc.). Experience with Salesforce.com administration including: security principles (roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing, settings, sharing rules, etc), business process automation (workflows, approval processes, process builder and flows, etc.) reports and dashboards and standard/custom object/fields customization. Ability to manage multiple assignments, coordinate and communicate effectively. Experience with Salesforce.com development including hands on configuration and release management experience.
