Requirements : Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop Business Strategy Statements, Business Capability Maps, Value Stream Maps, Business Process Flow Experience creating business process flows using BPMN 2.0 Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and experience customizing these to the needs of an enterprise. Experience using the ArchiMate modeling language to model & explain Motivation/Strategy/Business/Application/Technology/Implementation Migration layers and relationships. Experience developing IT policies, standards, and other architectural guidance. Experience facilitating roadmap planning sessions and creating roadmaps. Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools, such as Bizzdesign Horizzon. Experience evolving Enterprise Architecture practices to support Agile delivery teams Certification or experience with Scaled Agile Framework Experience providing enterprise architecture support for migrating large legacy systems to modern platforms.
