              Developing,
configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business
requirements. using platforms Gen AI features, such as natural language
understanding, conversational AI, machine learning, and analytics.

              Collaborating
with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements

              Writing
clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned to best practice
recommendations and guidelines.

              Ensure
Code reviews and quality control checks to be undertaken as part of every
project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.

              Debugging
and fixing technical problems

              Producing
and running test cases to guarantee platform efficiency & quality.

              Be able
to Document/Prepare code and application Technical configuration/design
documents.

              Staying
abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures
your success.

              Provide
escalated support on technical issues to team members who are working service
now implementations

              Research
new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value

              ServiceNow
Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design
work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall
possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation
and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change
and Service Catalog

              System/Process
Automation (Orchestration) experience

              Experience
with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages:
JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML

              Excellent
communication skills

              Understanding
of ITIL framework.

              Ensure
the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions and adhere
to the ServiceNow coding standards and best practice guidelines.

              Troubleshoot
and resolve escalated (L3) technical issues and provide support and maintenance
for the solutions.

              Stay
updated on the latest trends and innovations in the ServiceNow platform and Gen
AI domain and leverage them to enhance the solutions and customer experience.

          experience in developing and implementing
solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2-3 years of
experience in using the ServiceNow Gen AI features and capabilities.

              ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application
Developer (CAD) certifications are required. ServiceNow Certified
Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.

              Hands on
experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

              Proficient
in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies
and frameworks.

              Hands on
experience in using various ServiceNow modules and applications, such as ITSM,
ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and platform capabilities like GenAI, Custom
Apps., Flow Designer & Employee Center.

              Hands on
experience in integrating ServiceNow with various external systems and
platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, etc.

              Hands on
experience in developing conversational AI solutions using ServiceNow Virtual
Agent, ServiceNow Chatbot, and ServiceNow Natural Language Understanding (NLU).

              Hands on
experience in applying machine learning and analytics techniques using
ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and
ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards.

              Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work
effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

              Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills and the ability to
learn new technologies and concepts quickly.

              Must
have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
