| Title: Master Data Management Workstream Lead Fully Remote Visa: USC and GC Domain: Healthcare Duration: 2 years contract MOI: Phone then Video Specific: LinkedIn and References Important Requirement notes: GHX - item categorization tools We do have QSight and IPM and are looking into other solutions Need to understand PeopleSoft Item Master file mapping to Workday We have several queres in peoplesoft, that could be dumped into excel and looked at Skills in data access with managing data and looking at that, that is more important EDI comfort is a must have, peoplesoft nice to have Workday configuration is a must have - item file Our client is looking to bring on a master data workstream lead to support the team undergoing a workday implementation. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in a business-related field A minimum of 1 to 3 years working within a supply chain inventory management environment in healthcare Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) Working knowledge of Workday Experience managing contracted price files, inventory item master data information, and vendor master data within Workday EDI experience GHX knowledge Exposure to QSight and/or IPM invenotry management systems a plus Responsibilities: Responsible for the cleansing and management of the PeopleSoft Item Master File and mapping its data to the Workday file On a weekly basis, review GHX / EDI reports for data exceptions, coordinate with the contracting team, and update the PeopleSoft data file so orders flow correctly without issues. Cleanses Item Master File, reducing its size to relevant data only Plans for the conversion of the Item File Data to Workday in preparation for go-live Advises on integration best practices with Epic while increasing automation Conducts routine audits to proactively identify data exception errors (price, unit of measure, catalog number, etc.) using department tools.
