Duration : 12 Months with possible extension

Job Description:

             Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and other components to meet business objectives.

             Customize ServiceNow UI/UX using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring optimal user experience and interface design.

             Design and implement ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and data visualization.

             ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
