Partnering with the project team, the Test Lead has the following responsibilities: develop the Test Approach, assess/plan/recommend testing needs (resources, time methodology), monitor testing efforts and schedules, and enforce processes for testing per standards. Proficient in manual testing techniques, estimating manual testing estimates, and SDLC processes. Familiar with HP ALM modules, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with test automation and any components of the HP tool set (HP ALM, HP UFT, and HP Sprinter) desired. Required: Top 3 Skills: Quality Strategy (Test strategy, approach), Team work, Influence without authority, Planning (Organizing sprint work, follow-ups, status updates), Self-driven, Adept in ADO, Loadrunner, Tosca, Communication skills (Communicate effectively with other leaders in the program) Can this be worked remotely: Yes What will your interview process look like: 2 interviews. Level one with Product Managers and Level 2 with other leaders Years of experience Required: 5+ Years as QA Manager(Strategic work), 5+ Years as Test Lead(Tactical leadership), overall 12-15 years in QA space Work Hours/Schedule: Mon-Friday, 7AM CT to 4PM CT Training Schedule/Hours: No Training involved.
