Technical Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:Graduate in any Discipline SCCM/MECM OSD Imaging, MDT, ADK, WDS, PXEExperience in Handling Windows Imaging Project Good Command on ImageX or similar tool Soft Skills Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) - Good documentation skills - Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio) - Should have a great customer handling skills - Able to handle unforeseen situations Should have 8+ years of working Experience in SCCM Environment Total experience 8+ years Certification requirements Compulsory MCTS 70-680 Desired MCSE/MCITP Compulsory SCCM certificationsCompulsory MCP/MCSA/MCTS/MCSEDesired ITIL v3 To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
