| Job Title: Machine Learning/AI Developer C2C Visa: NO h1b/opt/Cpt Duration: 6-12 months Location : Remote Work with Flexible Working Hours ( candidate in Dallas, TX Area Only ) MOI: Video Initial Phase: Approximately 2,500 hours Subsequent Development: Potentially exceeding 10,000 hours Job Description We are a startup looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior AI & ML Developer. You will be a key member of our development team, vital in validating ideas, refining strategies, and driving the development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Key Responsibilities Technical Validation and Strategy Refinement: Assess and validate the technical feasibility of initial concepts. Provide technical insights and alternatives to enhance project viability. Lead the development of technical roadmaps, including planning and resource allocation. Leadership in Planning, Designing, and Validation: Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning to validation. Design robust architecture ensuring scalability and maintainability. Implement best practices in software development. Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance. Effective Communication with Diverse Teams: Translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Provide regular progress updates and technical reports. Management and Coordination with Offshore Teams: Establish productive relationships with offshore teams. Ensure integration and understanding of project goals. Monitor performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality. Strategic Decision Making: Evaluate and advise on design and development choices. Balance technical possibilities with business objectives. Encourage innovative approaches to problem-solving. Advanced AI & ML Expertise: Develop and implement advanced AI and ML algorithms. Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and integrate new technologies. Experiment with machine learning models, including deep learning and NLP. Programming and Development Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Julia. Effective use of frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Mentor junior developers in best coding practices. Data Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design and manage data pipelines for large datasets. Ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and oversee cloud-based infrastructures. Innovative Approach to Generative, Adaptive AI: Research and develop generative and adaptive AI models. Collaborate on pioneering AI solutions. Foster continuous learning and adaptation to emerging AI concepts. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Communication and Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Effective management of cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic Thinking and Big Picture Orientation: Ability to articulate a long-term vision for the project. Experience in balancing technical and business objectives. Skilled in identifying risks and strategizing accordingly. Advanced to Expert Knowledge in AI & ML: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and models. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and libraries. Experience in computer vision, NLP, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in Relevant Programming Languages: Expertise in Python and familiarity with R and Julia. Ability to write clean and efficient code. Data Engineering and Infrastructure Management: Experience in data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Proficiency in cloud platforms for AI/ML workloads. Knowledge of database management, including SQL and NoSQL. Experience with Generative, Adaptive AI Technologies: Familiarity with GANs or reinforcement learning. Willingness to explore and implement new AI methodologies. Additional Technical Competencies: Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
