Role:Business Systems Analyst Onsite Location: Atlanta ,GA Duration:12+ Months Client: UPS About this role: This role supports the exciting Digital Access Program (DAP) that allows our partners to provide enhanced solutions for their customers. If you are looking for a dynamic and fast paced team, this is the position you should apply for. TheSenior Business System Analystprovides business analysis and out of the box thinking to support the Digital Access Program (DAP) program.They will support multiple projects of high complexity. They will contribute to DAP project analysis, documentation and work plans through written, verbal, and visual models. In addition, collaborating across multiple project teams to ensure the project ask is understood and documented. This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques. They collaborate with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency, and improve work p roducts for the enterprise TheSenior Business System Analystneeds to have excellent verbal and written skills, be able to manage complex/difficult project scope, schedules, and monitors work activities that meet the timeline and quality targets to comply with established standards. Knowledge of the Agile and SAFE methods is desired. This position will manage epics, elicit scope requirements, and write user stories. Focusing on business analysis to support multiple epics that are needed to support the DAP program.
