Job Summary: Roles & Responsibilities: - Possessing over 10 years of experience in the role of Software Architect. - Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align product architecture with enterprise standards. - Ensure a consistent approach for all requirements and collaborate with Line of Business Engagement leads to streamline the migration of applications to the cloud. - Exhibit knowledge of cloud-native architecture, cloud tooling, DevOps, and stay abreast of the latest trends and practices. - Certification in Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, or AWS - Demonstrate significant experience leading complex technology initiatives in a large and dynamic segment of a financial services organization. - Exhibit strong client engagement experience. - Demonstrate proficiency in JIRA. - Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities at diverse levels, ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership. - Effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Wells Fargo's size, scale, and complexity. - Possess highly effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with key business partners and translate complex technical concepts into clear understanding, coupled with the capability to effectively partner and influence at the senior executive level. - Demonstrate expertise in envisioning, strategizing, gaining consensus across key functional leadership, and driving action through effective communication and goal-oriented management.
