Clear and and effective communication skills including written, verbal and presentation Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Prior experience in successfully managing data center exit projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP certification is required, PgMP preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical projects, preferably with application development and engineering components. Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles and application development processes. Comprehensive risk management expertise, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Hands-on experience in managing data center exit projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and technical project documentation. Experience in preparing and delivering comprehensive project reports. Naturally organized with determination to deliver excellence. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
