Position: Sr. / Lead SDET role Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract The application portfolio includes a wide variety of solutions that include SaaS, COTS, and custom build software. An incoming candidate needs to have the ability to be able to understand different application types and architectures in order to be able to effectively assess risk, set quality strategy, and communicate priorities. This position will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders including senior development and quality assurance leadership, application teams, product management, and the SDETs that support the application teams. An acceptable candidate must be a strong communicator and have the ability to influence others around them produce desired outcomes. The candidate must have adequate technical acumen to be able to understand application architectures and read/write Java code commensurate with mid-level candidates. The candidate must have strong quality assurance practice knowledge and strong leadership qualities.
