Position: Sr HCM Cloud Project Manager Location: Remote Hiring Type: Contract Job Description Core Skills: Holds a Bachelor or Masters Degree PMI Certification or any equivalent Project Management Certification Extensive Project Manager implementation experience (12+ years) Expertise with Oracle OUM, AIM or equivalent methodology Prior project management experience exhibiting ability to follow solid project management principles Client Relationship Management Desired Skills: Program Management skills and experience Bid and Proposal development experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills to deal with company, customers, and vendors Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is desired Demonstrated ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work well in a highly qualified team environment Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities Keen attention to detail Roles/Responsibilities Big-picture thinker & Influencing IT Leader Industry thought leader and experience of presenting in Business and Technology forums Change Practitioner with excellence in outlining company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs People Builder & Leader with the competency in forming & leading globally distributed diverse technical teams of industry experts by being a magnet for talent, and developing their core skills to deliver world-class performance in implementations around the globe Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for one or more engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Monitor project finance plan and report on financial health Effective Stakeholder engagement Drive implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team that may include cross-functional departments, third-party vendors, partners, and the client. Focus on approval of Deliverables in a timely manner Proficient communication and presentation skills Proper project status reporting and identification and escalation of project related risks and/or issues as required Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements. Communicate and drive the project team to go go-live on time and on budget Identify and communicate opportunities for new business Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections Ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate requirements. Must have proven track record of successfully leading teams of consultants through entire project life cycle process Experience in successful implementation of Oracle Cloud multi-pillar projects (HCM, ERP, SCM and EPM Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects Experience managing offshore project resources and teams These positions may require travel to customer sites.
