Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Job Title: Service Now Architect LOCATION: Hartford, CT - (Hybrid weekly 2 or 3 days) DURATION: 12 months Contract Experience: 10+ Years must Required skills:- 10+ years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change etc. Hands-on Experience in development complex Service Catalog & Orchestration workflows Good Experience with CMDB to establish relationships between CIs Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc. Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow Hands-on Experience with scripting (Service & Client side) - Client scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Background scripts, etc. Build ServiceNow Reports & Dashboards Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows Thanks & Regards ..
