IT Cisco Project Manager We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Cisco Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Cisco Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Cisco network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will also act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor and track progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved. 2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including network engineers, technicians, and other IT professionals. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and project success. 3. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns, and effectively communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies. 4. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Coordinate with procurement teams to acquire necessary hardware, software, and services in alignment with project requirements and budget constraints. 5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and address project-related risks and issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and project specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to maintain the highest level of network infrastructure integrity and performance. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
