Program Manager Remote Long Term EXP: 12+Years Working PST time Please share resume at [email protected] Summary: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within a specified program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Work with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Establish and maintain a clear roadmap, identifying dependencies and critical paths. Execution and Monitoring: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to team members. Monitor project progress and performance against established plans. Implement project management best practices to ensure quality and efficiency. Identify and address issues and risks, escalating as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, discuss project goals, and review progress. Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational goals. Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources based on project needs. Collaborate with functional managers to ensure the availability of skilled resources. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project efficiency. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial compliance. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Closure and Evaluation: Lead the project closure process, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and evaluation. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
