Job description: Our client to hire an Infrastructure Project Manager with SCADA experience to help update their data centre infrastructure. In this role, you will liaise between business stakeholders and our IT department, balancing business needs with hardware capacity and supporting seamless integration. Duties and Responsibilities: Required: Extensive experience in managing large SCADA system projects. Proficient in hybrid project delivery methodologies. Skilled in conducting 2-3 week sprints for incremental delivery. Emphasizes rapid development with early failure and integrated business reviews. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end schedules and monitoring critical paths. Capable of creating, managing, and interpreting burn down charts for development. Experienced in forecasting, tracking defect rates, and project velocity. Proficient in developing and executing recovery plans for schedule or resource deviations. Quick to adapt and apply business risk management methods, including scoring and reporting. Experienced in handling integrated project plans with pitcher-catcher milestones. Strong in creating detailed project plans, breaking down features, epics, and stories into manageable tasks, including development, report configuration, data conversion, and interface work, with tasks not exceeding 40 hours.
