Requirements Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. 3-5 years of project management experience. 3+ years of physical security, cyber security, or IT project management experience. Experience and skill working with Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Microsoft Project. Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly and efficiently. Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and tasks at once. Availability M-F 8:00am-4:30pm CST; hybrid candidates must be In the office 1-2 days per week. A personal or agency-provided laptop to login to the VDI. Responsibilities Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of multiple physical security projects supporting HQ and other North American supply chain facilities. Act as the primary liaison with all parties throughout the entirety of a project and provide weekly communications and progress reports that effectively outline project status, risks, and action plans to ensure continued project success. Work closely with the Program Manager to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule; support the development of scorecards and other project deliverables.
