Hands n knowledge of the code Real coding experience- it doesnt matter if they have 4/5 years experience what matters here is intent, ability to express their experience and of course code - they need to be able to speak and articulate Salesforce. Self starter in such environments Expecting someone to articulate what they built - tell the story, context, what was the solution, why did you build it, what was the output.
