Resumes with tons of grammar, punctuation, etc. errors will not be sent to the client. Resumes need not to have more than 10-12 summary points Id like to be given 5 bullet points as to why the candidate is a fit, and this will allow me to also see if the candidate has read the job description MUST HAVES AND MUST BE OK WITH, make sure your summaries address each one: Vaxed, booster and flu shot required to 10 years as a Network Engineer. MUST have current Cisco Switch refresh experience Layer 3 switching, strong OSPF and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) are must haves for the switch refresh project.
