SAP S/4 Service Management
Lead Consultant

Start: Immediately

Duration: 5-6 months with possibility of extension

Location: Remote for now then up to 50% travel to
Milwaukee beginning end of March/April

Note:
Team Lead with workshop experience, and design leadership experience. Service
to Close Lead skills/experience requirements.

Job Description:

Deep
domain expertise Procure to Pay (Direct and Indirect) processes.

10 -12 years of SAP Service
Management experience. Minimum two SAP S/4 full Life cycle) implementation
experience preferably in Industrial Mfg. space.

Strong
design phase experience (preparing for design workshops , conducting
design workshops and working on design phase deliverables) on Green Field
implementation S/4 programs.

Proficient
SAP Service and SAP SD  knowledge and thorough with SAP S4Hana -
Service Customizations, Master Data, Pricing, Service to Close Process
including master data (Service masters, Materials, Customers, pricing), Inquiry,
quotations, order management, Credit management, delivery processing,
picking and packing, Billing, reporting, special scenarios like
remanufacturing and refurbishment, intercompany transfers, SAP Reports
etc. SAP ALE/EDI  (IDOC expertise, Web services, output determination
and interfaces.

Exposed
to B2B and B2C business processes.

Communicating
with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP-MM & SAP-FICO for better
understanding of business scenarios.

Excellent
facilitation and communication skills and ability to manage director
client business and IT leads.

Experience
coordinating with distributed delivery teams.

Hybrid
work arrangement

Prefer
candidates from Mid-west and East locations.

Client
interview required.

Preferred

Ability to analyze business processes and map them to
SAP standard processes in S/4HANA

Ability to define approach for blueprint workshops

Experienced with Activate methodology.

Ability to conduct workshops and demo the processes and
define gaps
