M365 Best practices experience, Experience in Box.com Requirements - OneDrive Review config and settings related to One Drive Governance, make recommendations for changes based on experience and best practice Document the strategy and plan to migrate our users Perform content migrations to one drive from file servers Perform One Drive migrations from other sources as needed User Guide - Sharing Files vs. Sharing Folders Teams Admin Review config and settings related to Teams Governance, make recommendations for changes based on experience and best practice Review config and setup for Compliance / reporting, to ensure we have adequate reporting for usage and monitoring Finalize and document the process and procedure for new teams creation, prepare communications for end users Create new teams as needed Prepare materials and plan for Launch of New Teams document the policy changes required for new teams launch Finalize and document use of Project Templates, pros and cons; create process to utilize template Develop and document M365 best practices, guidelines, security, and governance for the collaboration platform Mentor other IS team members and provide training as needed Help with the development of long-term strategic goals for Teams Creation of Teams\\Calendar\\M365 Objects - Currently restricted - Is there a better way Teams Functional (user related) Prepare materials and plan for Launch of New Teams create communications for users; create training materials as needed Create end user facing materials for requesting a team Create Project Team Owner materials, including how to use template Document user training materials to define - What's the right way to share files / thru teams, spt, onedrive Teams Meetings vs townhalls Best practices for meetings Creation of Teams training plans, materials and documentation. Teams integration with other O365 versions of Word\\Excel\\Powerpoint etc. Box.com content review and migrations Perform analysis of current use cases Perform migration of content from Box.com to MS365 collaboration platform This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to present to upper management.
