Job Role:
 Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months+

Location: (hybrid, 3 days per week on-site) Tallahassee, FL Local only

Visa: Any visa Except H1B, CPT

Note: Candidate must have previous state client experience.

Must-have skills: 
3-5 y of business/systems analysis exp and software development projects exp; 
Microsoft DevOps or data migration exp; governmental exp ; Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Rules 60GG-1  60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested.  The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

Availability to work 3 days per week at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required);

Solid business/systems analysis experience (3-5 years);

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

Testing and quality assurance tools and techniques;

Preferred:

Experience working with Microsoft DevOps;

Experience with Rules 60GG-1  60GG-5, Florida Administrative;

Experience with data migration;

Knowledge of change and release management;

Experience directing and managing project resources

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Research and understand the Clients business processes and their inter-relationships;

Research and understand the Clients Identity Administration and Governance Platform;

Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units;

Gather and document business and technical requirements;

Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and other documents in support of the Identity Administration and Governance solution;

Coordinate data migration and development teams;

Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team;
