| From: Sudhanshu Shekhar, Vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Product Analyst Location: Remote duration: 1 year+ Client: johnson & johnson Candidate must have active linked-in profile and have Pharma expirence Responsibilities & Key Success Measures: The Product Analyst will work within the Global Supply Chain, Quality Compliance Labs space. They will partner with and supplement TPOs tied to upcoming projects including but not limited to, a LIMS project for Pharma and an ongoing project for QCL (building a complaints management system). Scope of Ownership: Supports Technical Product Owner to translate business needs and requirements into stories for the squad backlog Key Deliverables: Through workshop facilitation, understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the squad. Build use cases, writes, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows. Track metrics and build reports to measure progress Help manage dependencies with other squads working closely with squad PO, peer POs and the Product Manager. Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required. Support and/or facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter a sprint User Stories meet the Definition of Ready (DOR) by the required deadlines All necessary work drivers are accounted for during the User Story estimation All Acceptance Criteria are testable and comprehensive to ensure that business needs are met. Explain how requirements may be implemented and drive/improve user experience Must haves: Strong Agile Business Analyst skills; user story SME Supply Chain / Quality / Compliance knowledge MUST be familiar with BDD Framework Attention to detail and a process-focused mindset Critical thinking, and ability to ask "the hard questions" to stakeholders Experience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities Ability to create technical workflows - Candidate should be proficient in creating easily digestible representations that show how information moves through systems Nice to have: Labvantage or similar laboratory information management system (LIMS) ETQ or similar quality management system (QMS) Experience in GxP environment Ability to partner with Developers, Compliance folks Prior JnJ Experience Keywords: purchase order |
