Role: Business Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long-term contract Looking for only Health/Medical guys Job Description/Duties: Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementation of new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data Management/Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to include requirements, Customer service requests, service tickets, file maintenance requests, defects, training, and testing. Play an active role in partnering with business leaders, teams, and stakeholders to understand and gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes Liaison between the Business and the technical resources. Assist with other projects and activities as needed. Skills matrix: Skills Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience youve Proficiency in inventing processes or systems; and conducting tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes. Desired 7 Years Excellent analytical, critical thinking, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
